Your CrewLAB Profile is the hub for your personal stats, training history, and essential information. It’s where you can keep track of what you’ve been doing and where other Team Members can go to understand who you are and how you’re doing.
Your Profile has three tabs:
- Dashboard – Key charts and summaries about your habits and activities.
- Activity – A log of your most recent videos and Workouts.
- Details – Your personal and contact information.
Dashboard
The Dashboard provides a high-level overview of your Profile.
- Coach Notes: Only visible to you and Coaches, who can write anything from encouragement to feedback to instructions.
- Daily Check-In: Recent mood and sleep scores plotted over time, to identify trends that may affect training or well-being.
- Training Volume: Aggregated training points, time, and distance over time.
- Readiness: The intersection of your fitness and fatigue, for gauging Workout balance and avoiding overtraining.
- Benchmarks: Your best times across standardized tests, along with team averages.
- Engagement: Your CrewLAB activity—both your training and social interactions.
- Measurements: Your anthropometric data
- Accountability: Your past month’s attendance data.
Activity
The Activity tab is an auto-populated training journal. It includes:
- Recent videos you’ve been tagged in.
- Workout history with details such as Workout type, duration, effort level, and written reflections.
Details
