The Roster provides a team-wide list of all Athletes, Captains, and Coaches on your CrewLAB team. Use it to:

• Access the more detailed Profile of a specific Team Member.
• View basics like Team Member contact info, position(s), and Squad assignment.
• Organize and update Team Member assignments into Squads.
• Track Team Member personal records on specific performance benchmarks.
• Reference supplementary Team Member information like clothing sizes.

Building and Editing the Roster

Before building or editing the Roster, click here to review User Roles.

To view the Roster on a web browser, click Roster at the top of the page.

To view the Roster in the mobile app:

1. Navigate to the “Home” page from the bar at the bottom of the screen.
2. Tap your Team name in the upper left corner of the screen.
3. Tap “Roster” in the menu that appears.

To invite Team Members, use one of the following methods once in the Roster:

1. Select a User Role from the “Invite as” menu.
2. Tap “Copy Link” to paste into a text message or email.
3. Tap “Share” to send through another app.
4. Display the QR code for others to scan with their smartphone or tablet camera. They can then click the link that appears over the camera image.

To remove a Team Member from the Roster, Coaches and Captains can:

1. Navigate to a person's Profile.
