Role Overview:
We’re looking for a skilled writer to help our founders and thought leaders craft engaging, insightful articles on coaching, leadership, team performance, and the future of sports technology. This is a flexible, ongoing arrangement with room to grow as we expand our content strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with CrewLAB’s leadership to shape article outlines and key messages.
- Interview our thought leaders around the world to produce written content on their schedule.
- Write concise, well-researched, and original articles (800–1,200 words) that capture our tone and perspective.
- Translate technical or philosophical ideas into clear, inspiring storytelling.
- Edit and adapt drafts for publication across platforms (LinkedIn, blog, newsletters).
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong editorial voice with an ability to write in a confident, intelligent, yet human tone.
- Interest in sports, coaching, leadership, or tech innovation is a plus.
- Reliable, flexible, and comfortable working async.
- Proven experience ghostwriting for founders, executives, or thought leaders.
