CrewLAB’s subscription system is flexible and transparent, no matter which plan you’re on. You can view or change your plan anytime and manage billing and payments from the CrewLAB website.
Subscription Management
Only Coaches can see Subscription and billing details and make Subscription changes. Each team has its own Subscription even if they are paid for by an organization.
How to View or Change Your Plan
- From the Home feed screen, tap your team name in the upper-left corner.
- Select “Upgrade Plan” if your Team is on the Free Plan or “Billing and Invoices” if your team is on a Paid plan.
- To change your plan, follow the prompts on the screen.
What’s Included in Each Plan
- Free: Full access to the software but a 30-day-only history for the Calendar, Workouts, and Chats.
- Your data is never deleted, only hidden.
- Analytics charts and metrics that aggregate Workout data calculate from all-time history; they are not limited to the last 30 days.
- Pro: Unlocks viewing history for all time and has expanded access to your Success and Support Account Manager.
- Ultra: Includes everything in Pro plus custom tools built for your complex organization.
How to Pay
- You’ll be redirected to a secure checkout page.
- Enter your billing email and payment method.
- Once complete, you’ll receive confirmation and immediate access to your upgraded plan.
