Roles are designed to help you optimize both leadership responsibility and privacy requirements throughout your Team, and therefore what degree of access each Role has to view and change things in the platform.

Coach

Coaches have complete control of the Team. The creator of the Team is always assigned the Role of Coach.

Coaches can do everything a Captain can, and

• Create chats, remove people from Chats
• Full access to anyone's Check-ins, Readiness, Engagement, Attendance and More Analytics
• Edit anyone's Availability and Attendance records
• Promote and demote people to Coach and Captain
• Edit Roster and Profile information for anyone

Captain

Captains can do everything an Athlete can do with elevated privileges to help the Coach manage the Team.

Captains can

• View another Athlete's Readiness, and Engagement Analytics
• Remove people from the Team
• Promote people to Captain
• Create and edit Squads
• Create and edit Lineups
• Edit someone else's Calendar Events
• Edit the overall Team settings, like the name and description
• Remove prohibited content
