The Workouts tool allows Team Members to create, track, and review training. Workouts can be viewed alone or over time for an individual, or in the context of a specific Calendar Event for the whole team.

Overview
Workouts in CrewLAB are structured to give your team clear expectations and easy access to training sessions, while capturing key performance and wellness data in the same space.
Workouts support:
- Structured sessions (e.g., multiple sports to choose from, steady state or interval training)
- Athlete reflection and logging
- Association with scheduled Calendar Events
Creating and Editing Workouts
To create a Workout:
- Open CrewLAB on your mobile device or in a web browser
- Tap or click the yellow plus button and select “Workout”
- Complete the form that appears with the title, reflection, ideally a photo, and other information
You can create, edit or delete Workouts at any time, whether they are in the past or the future.
Managing and Viewing Workouts
- Coaches and Captains can assign, edit, and review all Workouts. Athletes can only manage their own
